One purchase transaction made in-store during the promotional period equals one entry into the draw. Multiple purchases made as separate transactions will receive one entry per transaction.

To enter, customers must provide a valid mobile number to receive a text receipt or a valid email address to receive an email receipt at the time of purchase. These contact details will be used to administer the promotion and contact the winner. Providing a mobile number or email address for the purpose of receiving a receipt and entering this promotion will not automatically add you to Hallensteins’ marketing list.

One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries and contacted using the details provided. The winner will be announced on 22 September 2026.

The prize is one Fatfish Biggie E-Bike valued at AUD $2,500. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Entrants must provide valid contact details to be eligible to win. Employees of Hallensteins and its related companies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. Proof of purchase may be required to claim the prize.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not meet the eligibility requirements or fails to claim the prize within the timeframe advised, another winner may be selected in accordance with applicable law.
