Travelator Replacement Project
We look forward to unveiling our new-look travelators soon.
The 4 travelators within the western mall of the centre are currently undergoing essential end of life upgrade works, with the project on track for completion by July 2025.
As part of the staged works, the travelator between Levels 2 and 3 has now reopened, providing improved access through this section of the centre. The remaining travelators continue to be replaced as part of the single phase upgrade to minimise overall disruption. Wherever possible, works are scheduled outside of centre trading hours.
Customer Service desks are available on Levels 1 and 2, located at the closed entrance to the travelators. These desks are available to assist with general enquiries and to help customers navigate alternative routes during this time.
