Step into an interactive experience inspired by the Yuggera-Turrbal peoples, the Traditional Owners of the land we call Indooroopilly.

Customers are invited to engage with a special noughts and crosses-themed display, where each piece represents a traditional totem—Kabool (carpet snake) and Binkin (long-neck turtle)—highlighting the rich cultural connection to Ngindropilly (pronounced: Nin-drah-pill-ee).

Created by proud Yuggera-Turrbal descendants Shannon Ruska and Charlize O’Chin, this artwork-led experience reflects this year’s NAIDOC Week theme: “The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy.”
