Eligibility Criteria
The free complete pair of glasses is available to the first 101 customers who either:
Present a valid prescription, or
Book an eye test in-store (Medicare bulk-billed where eligible).
Note: The Signature Series frames are best suited for adults aged 18 and over, as they are designed for that demographic
Lens Inclusions
Each free complete pair includes single vision 1.5 index lenses with hard coating (1.5 OT HC).
This offer does not include additional coatings or progressive/multifocal lenses, but premium lens upgrades are available as an upsell.
Prescription Requirements
A valid prescription is required to redeem the offer.
Customers without one can:
Book an in-store eye test (bulk billed), or
Book for a future date and still reserve their promotional pair if within the campaign period (14–31 August).
Eye Test Availability
Yes, eye tests are available throughout the campaign period.
A maximum of 16 tests per day will be available.
All customers with valid bookings between 14–31 August are eligible to redeem the offer, even if the 101 free pairs are claimed earlier in the day.
After the 101 are claimed, customers will still receive a free Signature Series frame with lens purchase (~$200 complete pair).
Frame Selection Range
The offer is limited to our Signature Series range, a premium in-house label.
Customers can choose from available stock in this collection only.

The free complete pair (first 101) is only available on first serve basis

Standard promotional policy applies:
Returns/exchanges are only accepted if the product is faulty.
No change-of-mind exchanges for promotional redemptions.
Glasses Collection Process
Prescription holders may choose their frames on the day.
Those needing an eye test can select frames after testing or have their details collected to complete the order later.
Products will be fulfilled post-test and customers will be contacted when their glasses are ready.
Offer Fulfilment After 101
After the first 101 are claimed:
Customers can still select a Signature Series frame on the day.
They will pay only for the lenses (1.6 index)
