Pack a healthy back-to-school lunchbox with a nutritionist Casey-Lee Lyons from @livelovenourishaus.

To keep your kids energised and fuller for longer add these to your lunchbox:
  • Include a source of protein (we've added Spaghetti Bolognese Cups, you can find the recipe and shopping list here) to keep fuller longer and support growing bodies.
  • Colourful fresh fruit and veggies for vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fibre.
  • Complex carbohydrates for energy.
  • Healthy fats to keep little tummies feeling satisfied and provide slow release energy.
  • Don’t forget to include something fun. I’ve added gut gummies, carob coated sultanas and some fun snack bars.
