- Include a source of protein (we've added Spaghetti Bolognese Cups, you can find the recipe and shopping list here) to keep fuller longer and support growing bodies.
- Colourful fresh fruit and veggies for vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fibre.
- Complex carbohydrates for energy.
- Healthy fats to keep little tummies feeling satisfied and provide slow release energy.
- Don’t forget to include something fun. I’ve added gut gummies, carob coated sultanas and some fun snack bars.
